Risk Assessment of Nonconformities Procedure (SYS-028)
Purpose – The purpose of this (4)-page procedure document is to assess the risk associated with an actual or potential nonconformity, in order to facilitate determination of the relative priority and level of the associated investigations and actions.
Scope – Nonconformity procedures call out this procedure for risk assessment. It is intended to be a supporting procedure that explains how risk management is applied to nonconforming product in order to meet the requirements for risk management as defined in your company’s Quality System Manual (POL-001).
