- Implement an appropriate corrective and/or preventive action, and

Thank you for the post. I think the best benefit that comes with CAPA training is that your customers are receiving safer products. That alone will save you money, if they were not trained and something bad were to happen and lawsuit were to arise you would have costs associated with that. Having that training would only result in better performance and overall quality of products.
